I always feel like going into the FTP test cold is wrong. Does anyone do a warmup like “Laurel” before starting? I’m 54 and it take these old muscles a good 20-30 minutes to warm up usually. I’ve always just done the ramp when it pops up on the calendar but thought I’d petition the crowd.
