Thanks for the tip on water during the first hour of performance. I’ve never heard of that…new tool on the belt. Also, been thinking of maurten for some time due to the influence of the AACC podcast. Thus far, I’ve made my own concoction of pineapple juice, coconut water, salt, and water for my sports drinks.
