Ladies, What FTP is "Good?"

I have been doing some cyclocross races for the past couple years for fun, but the craziest thing is happening, I’m getting pretty good and want to get even better! As a female athlete, I’m confused about what FTP puts me in a competitive realm. Any thoughts?


This chart on the TP site can likely give you a good reference point. Seems like 3.0 - 3.7 watts/kg would be ‘good’ FTP. Cyclocross probably would lean more toward short-power bursts, so likely the 1 and 5 min power would be just as relevant as FT.
