I just rated my anaerobic workout very hard. First time ever! Was only 0.2 PL higher than last time so maybe I’m getting sick but those last few seconds of the 1 Min plus intervals I was starting to lose cadence. I need a nap.
I just did the same yesterday. Previously thought my HR max was 192 and got it to 197 on the last interval. Had to fight with my internal voices the entire 4 minutes rest before the last interval on how I should at least try to complete it. It was HARD … actualy Very Hard
