A couple of weeks ago I came off my bike dislocating my shoulder and removed a lot of skin across my knuckles with some slight tendon damage, requiring some skin and lots of stitches.
My cast came off my hand today and stitches will be another week and my shoulder is doing great.
I’m under no illusion that this is going to take a while before I can train properly but having had such a productive time since Easter I’m looking to try and limit my loses for the next month.
I’ve propped the front wheel of my bike up which feels better and I’m looking to do the minimum work required. I normally do low volume plus one other outside ride. I’m wondering if 3 lots of something like Scott Peak would be enough.
Many thanks in advance!
