Is My Power Profile "Wrong"?

Ok honestly I am curious because you have vast knowledge about the topic and I am really curious about your approach to this. So you think that normal “classical” 5x5 done around 110-120% (guessing) is a good approach? Or do you have something else in mind?

It will vary between intervals and depends what are your abilities above threshold but with these 4 minutes 110% power at the end seems pretty ok, as far as I know.

All I know is what I read.

That blog speaks to acute responses, not chronic adaptations.
