I’m using a Garmin Forerunner with their ‘Test HRV’ app, and it gave me a result of 120.89 with zero information on whether that is good/bad/normal. You should try to low that form, it is too high. Maybe overtraining

Wouldn’t say its that high for the time of year, but yes, should probably reduce it slightly.
