Does anyone have any good resources on how to interpret HRV scores? I’m using a Garmin Forerunner with their ‘Test HRV’ app, and it gave me a result of 120.89 with zero information on whether that is good/bad/normal. RMSSD is the metric in the app. Seems very high vs everything else i’ve read onlin…
