Does anyone have any good resources on how to interpret HRV scores? I’m using a Garmin Forerunner with their ‘Test HRV’ app, and it gave me a result of 120.89 with zero information on whether that is good/bad/normal. Anyone using HRV? (Heart Rate Variability) Training

There’s a fair amount of chatter about using hear rate variability (HRV), particularly to track fatigue. Does anyone have any experience with this? Do you find it useful? Any particular recommendations on getting started?
