Does anyone know where / how to get a Kickr Core refurbished?
I purchased mine in 2019. It has worked great but is in need of a refurbishment, mostly on the electronics side. Specifically I think that temperature compensation has failed and the trainer occasionally does not change resistance in erg mode.
I contacted Wahoo Support but they think it is operating fine and is an issue with having multiple apps connected simultaneously (eg TR and Zwift). I have enough instances of temperature drift over long intervals and failure to change resistance in erg mode that I disagree.
Anyway, looking to see if anyone knows of providers that offer refurbishment services. Thanks!
