Where to Refurbish a Kickr Core

Does anyone know where to refurbish a Kickr Core? My current one is from 2019 (I actually thought it was older) and it needs a major overhaul. Mechanically it is fine but for a while I’ve suspected that temperature compensation has failed and, more recently, it can’t hold erg power well. I wasn’t able to find a refurbishment service on the Wahoo site (seems like there should be a business case there somewhere) or anywhere else. I’m in Virginia, USA. Thanks!

@rkoswald Have you contacted support? You can email or call the 800 number.

My Core died earlier this year. I contacted wahoo support and they offered me a refurbished Core for about $350 Australian Dollars. I had to pay a $900 deposit on top of that until they had collected my broken Core and it was received at the warehouse. It was pretty easy to arrange. The new Core arrived within days of me paying. Unfortunately the transport company making the collection weren’t too great and it took over a week to get my old one collected. Wahoo did their best to help chase that up too. Good luck!
