I’m doing a TR plan, and it’s looking nice this weekend. I haven’t done an outside FTP test or ridden outside yet with my power meter. How much should I raise my FTP by outdoors if i do a workout there
None, no need to if you’re using the same power meter.
Some people do have different indoor and outdoor FTPs so until you do an outdoor FTP test, I would recommend following your indoor FTP and adjusting based on RPE. It won’t be perfect but it’ll be close!
