True, I don’t think any human is going back to edit >5000 workouts individually.

The less aerobically trained I am the easier it is to complete a level 10 Vo2max workout.
4x4’ @ 126% ftp is a low hanging fruit when your ftp is low but you are gifted with a naturally enormous anaerobic capacity.
As soon as I get fitter things get more complicated.
I have never looked. Whatever is assigned I’m doing. Blind faith!
Oooh I like the idea of that last part. Yea I’m a fan of pyramid-style SS workouts where you can experience the whole range of % targets. The Antelope series comes to mind, too.
