445 hours, but I have substituted commutes for SST on the turbo. I’m much fitter this year on a similar amount of time on the bike
636 today, looking like I’ll hit about 680 for the year. No commute from March on has helped me rack up the time.
Run: 91 hours (didn’t run for 3 months during lockdown, taking it easier since then to focus on the bike)
Bike: 381 hours
Swim: 7 hours (haven’t swam since March - cause Covid)
478 hours, should be over 500 by the end of the year!
Does trainer road tells us?
483 hours, 8.8k miles.
A bit down from last year.
I think TR only gives you TSS. Most are getting this data from Strava (or similar service).
I don’t think so, but it would be nice. I’d like a yearly KJ number for comparison and can’t see how to get that out of Strava.
560 hours right now. I wanted to get to 600 but due to injury setback, it probably won’t happen. But it’s all good.
349 with >8000ft of climbing. I wonder what other over 60’s are doing.
212 hrs @ 79 years. Late-in-life starter. Summer was better than ever, mostly LSD outside, until fires and home repairs stole some cycling weeks. At this age, a plateau sounds OK.
Would be nice to know hours from trainer road since I do not upload TR to strava. Looks like 92 rides and 180 hours on strava. Right around 500tss a week
just under 190h, 95% of it indoors though
264h riding
155h running
3.5h swimming
that doesn’t sound like enough… I’m going to start up another SSBMV!
Useful stuff.
As you can tell I don’t run much but this everything.
All Activities
I’ve done just over a 1/4 of it indoors.
429 total. 327 on the trainer.
I’m trying to set the record for the smallest no of hours on the forum, but its the biggest year for me ever, ty lockdown.
averaging 3 rides a week, 4 and a bit hours per week.
346 total, 200 outdoor and 146 indoor, I’ll probably end around 365-370 total
I have a life outside of turning the pedals.
