Realizing that they aren’t apples to apples over time, is there a place I can see the historical improvement in PLs across zones?

I saw I had a missed copy and pasted the same link 2x. I fixed it to show the right 2nd link.
Also search can be aided with the advanced options using categories and tags. Here is how I found those above:
