HIIT strength workout app recommendations?

Hello, I wanted to see if anyone is using and would recommend an app for strength hiit workouts.
I heard on a recent podcast hiit is good for weight loss (which isn’t my main goal but if I could slowly shed a few pounds of fat I wouldn’t complain) but also understand hiit may be good for masters athletes, which I am also.
I’ve used the Nike NTC app but not sure if these would be classified as hiit workouts?

Not comprehensive, but all I could find by search.

Nike Training Club has some OK free workouts - weights, yoga, stretching, etc. Not the best but may be a good start. BTW, I think any strength training will help with body composition - it doesn’t necessarily need to be HIIT, but that is probably burns the most calories per time.
