Highly padded gloves for the trainer

I’m ending up with sore palms from holding the bars. Even when moving around some. Does anyone have recommendations for a really padded pair. Bonus points if they’re not crazy expensive.

I’m going to do the annoying internet forum thing and suggest something different to what you thought you wanted….

Unless you’re pulling monster hours on the trainer (2+ hour rides minimum) sore hands sounds more like a bike fit issue to me. Your position is meaning your weight is being tipped forward onto your hands and not neutrally supported by your saddle. If this is the case I’m not sure you’ll solve it with gloves. Personally I’d be looking at position first.

Everyone’s different, but my hands are barely putting any weight on the bars when I’m on the trainer.

Edit to add - have you got a front wheel riser? If not this might be another option to keep weight off your hands if this isn’t an issue outside (or if you do already prop it up on something higher).

100% looking at that too.

My fitter had the same sugestion. Raise the front and drop the seat a bit or change the seat angle indoors.

I can tap out music on the bars with both hands.

Also instead of gloves you could strap towels around the bars.
