You’re not wrong. But that’s not necessarily the case either. Depends on your caloric needs for the day and how you portion out your day’s caloric intake. If you follow a diet similar to that suggested in The Endurance Diet you can both eat healthy fats and enough carbs. Absolutely can be a tough balance at first though.
