Hi,
I’ve recently brought a new Trek Supercaliber frame and want to swap my SRAM Transmission groupset, over onto the new frame from the old Procaliber. I removed the rear derailleur without a problem however, there is a “frame bushing insert” which is installed in the frame that I cannot fathom how to remove. Seems to be plastic so worst case I could cut it out and buy a new one however, would rather re-use this one if I can.
Any advise welcome!
