Three typos in Palisade -1:
Processess should be processes.
Not sure what this is trying to say, but it doesnât make grammatical sense.
While engrained is, apparently, a word, you mean ingrained in this context.
In âGarraunâ, the Description is copied into the Goals (at least in the Web version).
Not really a typo, but it would be nice if the male-specific text could be updated for something that applies to everyone, e.g. in this example from Dragon updating it to âthemselvesâ would include everyone. Wahoo SYSTM does an excellent job in this regard, btw.
4:30 into Galena -2 there is a message about a â3-minute something coming upâ. This is the only Galena variant where that 3-minute sweet spot interval was changed to a 2-minute interval.
Table Rock has at least a couple instances of capitalizing the âTâ in âtargetâ mid-sentence, when it should probably just be lowercase⌠unless you are referring to the large US-based retailer, which would be odd for a workout. ![]()

I just did Chopka+3 and the ride text in the warmup said it was going to be a 60 minute sweet spot ride bookended with endurance for a total of 90 minutes of work despite it only being a 75 minute ride with a 10 minute warmup, 60 minutes of tempo/sweet spot with short recoveries, and a quick 5 minute cool down. The text throughout the ride also seemed to be bouncing between telling me to take the recovery valleys and only take them if I felt like I needed them.
Monitor +1 has several text popups that seem wrong. e.g. About 2/3rds through, it refers to being âhalfwayâ. There is a rest interval that says â2 minutesâ before the next work interval, but thereâs only 1 minute, etc.
The description for Wildrose says that it has âintervals from 120% FTP for 2 minutesâ. I was relieved to find that the first interval of each set was only 1.5 minutes (at 120%).
