Someone at TrainerRoad team should check āMount Majorā. It says that it has instructions, but last time I completed I didnāt see any.
Newcomb outdoor workout didnāt have press lap to proceed after each rest interval, only before the first workout interval.
This is not a typo, but I noticed Reichen does not have an option to extend the warm-up (cool-up). This may be common, but itās the first time Iāve noticed it on a workout.
The workout description for Foerster -1 says āFoerster -1 is 3x12-minute sets of 50 secondsā¦ā, but the workout is 3x8 sets.
I not sure this a typo.
I rode White -5 and quite a bit of the workout text was suggesting that as this was āonlyā endurance then I only needed to drink water with electrolytes. Is this correct?
Thanks for pointing that out!
We definitely believe in fueling all of your work ā even endurance rides!
Your body is still burning glycogen during those efforts, so depending on the length of the ride, it could definitely be beneficial to consume some carbs along the way.
Iāll pass this along to the rest of the team to let them know that this type of messaging is still in place.
Thanks for the heads-up!
Baxter +2 mentions being a 90 minute workout twice but it is actually a 2hr workout. Thanks!
