Tried search for this but found nothing so I though I’d ask.
I’ve been getting heat rash on my legs for the first time ever this summer. Never had an issue in 12+ years of serious cycling. I’m a little perplex as I live in a dry heat western US state at elevation, but we have had one of the hotter summers to date. Any thoughts on a remedy or treatment? I’ve just been using Benadryl lotion to keep it at bay so far.
