Anyone down for a Haku (6x20sec. sprints), Slide Mountain (3x10 at 85%), or Table Rock (2x15 at 85%) next week? Flexible on days but 8 pm CST (GMT - 5:00) works best for me. Can be a little flex on time but working from home and have young kids so. . . gotta get it in when you can. Could also do a lunch hour ride, say 1-1:30ish CST.
Also, since Slide and Table donât have + versions does anyone know of good workout with some more time in zone I can sub for these?

For those wanting to see the Group Workouts shared Google calendar inline in your iOS native Calendar app, I found the solution. Once youâve added the shared calendar to your Google accounts subscribed calendars, then you just have to enable syncing that calendar from your Google account to your iOS device. QUESTION: If I have a shared workout, can each person choose if they want to do it in ERG, Resistance or Standard mode? Or is the workout mode selected by the host?

Yes, each person has the same device control they would have on a solo workout.

You can also increase or decrease the Workout Intensity setting as desired.

This includes setting the Resistance or Standard setting in the same way as solo.
The only real change is that the Host is in control of Play/Pause for the workout.
