It had been way too long since Alexey was on the podcast! He joined us to answer audience questions on the general theme of leveling up from good to great, and he dropped some great knowledge gained from his experience across world tour, gravel, and mtb racing. Enjoy!

Great podcast! Alexey was a great guest and had some really interesting things to say.
Personal anecdote - I used to live in Dexter MI and would see Alexey cutting through the metro park on his mint green Bianchi while I was walking the dog. It’s been fun to follow his career and see him have huge success on a national level.
Probably one of the best pods in a very long time. Just two people talking about training, and racing, and life without going into the weeds about carbs this or that, and what racing is truely like in the pro worlds and how they are the same as us…….just much faster
I just listened to it today, and I agree. This was a really good discussion, very engaging, and both sides contributed equally. I’ve stopped listening to a lot of them because I don’t find them as engaging or interesting, but this one was worth it.
