In case this helps anyone I’ve worked the settings out (no thanks to Garmin “technical” support who said it was Strava). I turned off the data from Strava and today I got my segments again, nice to encourage a bit of an effort! [image]

If you’re an Apple user, check out RunGap. However…if what you want is to load your Garmin data into Strava, why not just reconnect them on the free version?

I’m not sure I understand what you’re saying about automation because I don’t use segments, but I use RunGap as my interface between all apps (except TR :cry:), but like I said, I feel like I’ve seen people say before that it’s Apple only. Sorry I can’t say if it imports the Garmin segments or not.

I haven’t tried it but a quick google found this garmin support page. Checkout the instructions under the header “Switching Between Garmin Connect and Strava Segments”. Sounds like exactly what you’re looking for.
