I’ve enjoyed GCN, a little more in the past as a newbie compared to now, but I still check them out. For whatever reason I had a reaction to this new video on workouts to boost FTP. Obviously GCN is never going to be super in-depth in explaining things, but I’d hate for someone to try and take this as a plan as opposed to taking them for what they are as individual workouts.
They got it wrong.
“4 Ways to Improve FTP” should be SSB1, SSB2, Build, and Specialty.
