This screen requires drilling down two levels:

and the reward is having “Gear” options that lists calories I need to take on the bike to replenish roughly 50% of calories burned at power targets:

Here is the math for that workout:
- 5-min at 136W
- 140-min at 193W
- 5-min at 136W
Convert to seconds, multiply, and that adds up to 1703kJ of work.
And 851(k) calories is 50% of the 1703kJ work, or roughly 50% of target calorie burn.
For workouts next week, on cooler days, it adds knee warmers to the list.
Going to file a request with Garmin to make that available from today’s workout, versus having to tap on TRAINING > Training Plan > Gear.
