I’m following the Low Volume Full Distance Triathlon Plan. I’m about a week out from race day, the Duration of the workout says run 40 minutes at RPE 6 for 30 TSS, but the workout description says run 1 hr 40 minutes. Which is actually correct? I think I’ve noticed a few other discrepancies between the workout description and the metrics used to describe workouts in this plan.
