Quick question I’m currently doing the base phase of the full distance triathlon plan.Although I’m quite enjoying the training and not finding it over taxing,I find I’m spending a lot of my time in zone 3 for heart rate and power.I always thought the “golden bullet” for endurance training was to spend a lot if not most of your time in zone 2 to build the aerobic base for the hard work ahead.My concern is that once I reach the build and speciality phase I will be “burnt out” especially with hopefully the swimming pools open and the increase in running.Your views please
