Fitting in outdoor rides when training

I have started am Endurancetraining plan which I did during Winter but took a couple months off from TR.

The good weather is here and I’ll be doing outdoor rides outside weather permitting. Some of the plan workouts aren’t entirely feasible on the road.

Any advice is appreciated?

Do the hard workouts inside. Do your long endurance rides outside.

That’s basically the golden rule. You can also substitute TR endurance rides with regular solo rides outside and just try to ballpark the power.

One thing to keep in mind right now: the AI prediction is still overly sensitive to outside rides and will generate weird results. Not an issue with the training progress or anything, purely cosmetic. But if you monitor those predictions a lot, it’s something to be aware of.
