It would be super awesome (yes, I’m a child of the 80s ) if there was the ability to select how workouts progress / how adaptive training progresses workouts between extensive (i.e., don’t increase the % of threshold, extend the interval length) and intensive (i.e., don’t extend the interval length, increase the % of threshold I’m doing the interval at) by phase / training zone. E.g., if I’m doing Tempo / Sweet Spot / Threshold, I could tell the system to increase the PL by extending the interval length (Extensive).
