Hey all,
I recently put a stage race on my calendar (technically it was a training camp, but that’s not the point). I woke up to “Stage” 3 to a red light email, telling me I should consider a restday. Similar to what Garmin does (does not tell you your HRV or Sleep Score before a race) I think the Red/Yellow-Detection should be paused or at least not notify me during a stage race on the calendar.
What do you all think?

IDK. The RL/YL is still sound physiological advice. You’re choosing to ignore it because you’d rather race, which is fine. I don’t always heed it either, but by getting a RL/YL I at least know that what I’m doing is non-optimal from a training progression perspective. That said, it would better if it was somehow user configurable.
Honestly, I think it’s really easy to just ignore it…
