Currently I have a lot of things to do before I get on the trainer. (Set my ipad, headphones, phone, calibrate the pedals, make sure all the sensors are connected, set kickr to erg speed simulation, set the fans etc.) If I would still need to get my pedals off my road bike make sure the threads are clean before installing them to my indoor bike. And then do the same when I go out with road bike. I just know that it won’t happend.
Of course I could use the road bike on the trainer but I like the fact that it is ready as can be. And also then I don’t have to worry about the cassette and the chain wearing unevenly.
