Fat utilisation in threshold interval session (not asking F/U at threshold)

I know as we do higher intensity we fade over to predominantly carbs - but in an interval session where 30-40% is warm up/recovery/warm down - what is an approx (and typical) fat utilisation fir the session?

I appreciate there are myriad factors, and we’re all different, but is it like 95% carbs or closer 75% given all the lower intensity ‘punctuations’ in the high intensity work?
