Like most people in lockdown, I have more time to train. I’m wondering what the extra training should involve. Does it make sense just to take my normal TR plan and add lots of extra zone 2 on top?
what I did is: I simply changed from mid volume to the low volume version of the plans and now add a whole lot of z2 ride on top… I am now at roughly 11 hours a week compared to 6-7 on mid volume… still get almost 500 tss a week, so will see if this is going to be sustainable
