So I’m just finishing my build and have found that the event I was training for has been canceled. Bummer right but it does happen so now what should I do. I have club Tt and Tri that I could add in to my calendar and probably will but as for training what do I do a rebuild and specialty plan aiming for a sprint tri in October might work I would have 15 weeks and the sprint plan only has 12. Should I try last three of sweet spot base then start build and specialty. Or would last three of build then full build and specialty. In the past I would target something much later in the year so when my A was done I would be winding down. Now I still have a lot of time and can do more. Please help.
