The Elite Direto X has “power smoothing” set to 2 by default. That’s OK for me when I use TR, but with Zwift the power jumps terribly. I read on the Elite forum that for Zwift it is best to set the power smoothing to 10 . which again causes large delays on the TR. What are the best settings when using TR and Zwift …? Thanks for any tips
I must add that I only use the Zwift for racing not for workouts.
Is the “power smoothing” setting your referencing in the Elite app or in the TR settings? My smoothing is definitely too high. It takes 10-12s to reach target power in the TR workouts at constant cadence. Any thoughts?
