Dropping a workout

Hi,

I’m just in the middle of sustained power build and due to time constraints I need to drop one of the two high intensity interval workouts just for this week. Is it best to drop the Vo2 max or the Over/Under threshold workout. I’m 61 on a custom plan working towards a week long hilly training camp in March

Just drop whatever one you want to AI will soon adjust whatever it need too to keep you on track.

Drop the shortest one, otherwise it probably doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things
