I noticed the Post Workout Survey description has changed. It used to be: Moderate = able to do another set of intervals Hard = able to do one more interval Very Hard = cannot do one more interval Now when I go to TR’s description, it’s: Moderate = able to do another set of intervals Hard = able to do another set of intervals with significant focus Very hard = Cannot do one more set of intervals When did this change?
