I’m sure this is somewhere and I’m just not using the correct search terms. Does plan builder account for other intensity training if your account is linked and the training is imported? I do uphill skiing on most Fri/Sat/Sun. Short, but pretty intense - 2500-3500 elevation in 2.5-3 miles and the downhill. So depending on the day these are basically tempo/threshold efforts for close to an hour. Searching the forum it seems most dicussions about this ask the user to change their calendar around to account for alpine touring - but I’d love for AI to be able to look at my Fri-Sun efforts and adjust the bike training. I’ve set up the plan to be 3 days, low volume (it is literally 3-4 hrs per week). Will the training days adjust for the intensity of the skiing days?
