I donât think this is too likelyâŚmy sense is that the UCI partnered with Red Bull all these years (which literally gave away the content) simply because they had few other options.
I could be wrong, thoughâŚweâll see.

Red Bull did some great work developing a timeline interface for key moments,
That is one thing that will suck to lose, made watching DH races so much simpler. Scroll through and catch the riders I know that qualified poorly then skip to the final 15. If there are old times that are still at the top can easily go back and find them. Really helps when my tolerance is around 20 runs of the same course.
Sweet! Another $50 / year subscription for a mediocre streaming platform just so I can watch a handful of UCI XC races.
Edit: One good thing to come out of this, I remembered to cancel my FloBikes subscription:
Man, I was a huge FLO fan when they had all the Italian races and some of the Classics, but they are just a massive rip-off now. When you got the Giro, MSR, Flanders week plus a handful of other races (with very good commentary), $150 was expensive, but I could justify it by the âMehâŚIâve dropped $150 on dumber cycling stuffâ rationale.
But now you only get the Flanders Classics and a handful of UCI-organized races and they didnât drop their rates by even a penny.
SHUUUUUUUUR TUUUUURRRR! Rob is the best ever!
Yep. Marty Mcdonald is commentating the mtb European championship on gcn right now. Bodes well.
Yeah this is so sad. Rob Warner is absolutely irreplaceable. Same with Claudio, Elliot, Bart and Tracy. These people are from the sport and their hearts are 110% in it. I donât envy whoever has to fill their shoes because mountain bikers everywhere are going to be extremely disappointed in whoever it is.
MTB races are up on GCN+ on under âupcoming MTB racesâ
