Did I do anything wrong with Taylor VO2max workout?

I’ve just finished the above mentioned vo2max workout. Felt really strong when I had it to the point I increased my power output like 15-20 watts. I reviewed my workout analysis and it appeared that I mostly was in anaerobic zone. Then, I’ve searched Vo2max threads here and saw that doing anaerobic has negative effect to vo2max?! Can someone please confirm this?

This session will be performed in the traditional anaerobic zone as the work period should be at least map but as the intervals are short blood lactate is minimised - also work harder for your off period so less amplitude between the intervals
