Strange - I created and account and put an order in with a “thanks for the order” email - then this AM got an email saying the order was cancelled and I can’t login to the account I created.

Me too! I’m dying to build a Melee since it can be found for a good discount, but still waiting to see what the Fray is gonna look like and I think the old color can be get for even cheaper once enve releases the new colors for 2024, trying to see if I can get the chassis for under $4k

I just can’t get excited for the colors they’ve gone with. The silver doesn’t do it for me and the new green is even more boring. Sort of regretting not pulling the trigger on the blue because it was the best looking color they’ve released in my opinion. The expected black is kind of boring but will likely look better than the other offerings.
I actually really like gray just because it matches everything, but that blue was sexy.

What’s the fray?
The Fray is the Enve endurance bike coming out in Spring.
I could be totally uniformed but I thought the Melee was already an endurance geometry.

I agree, not only that but there seems to be very little room to squeeze a new bike in between the MOG and Melee when you compare both geo charts. I’m guessing if they do that at some point they will revisit the Melee into a more aggressive geometry, no fender mounts, given that they are now in the world tour. But I’ve heard that seems like the Melee is going as is to the world tour.
The Fray is supposed to have the storage bay like the mog, maybe 40cc clearance, something like that I’m guessing, but I agree, they must be thinking now that the Melee should have been more racy than it currently is

I think they’ll have to do a slightly more aggressive melee now that they’re sponsoring pro road teams. The Melee is a great casual racer geo but won’t really match the style of most full on race bikes on the market.
