Bite the tab with your teeth and twist/pull the packet. Very easy.
Nice one! Thanks!
The reason Maurten is not cut on both sides is so the tab stays attached, as long as you don’t rip it too hard. It’s a litter thing.

Does anyone know if any of their gravel bikes would be good as a CX specific bike? Looks like Lynskey used to make a CX specific bike in the past and I’m not sure if their gravel bikes are that exact thing rebranded, or if it was changed to make it more of a “gravel” bike?
Would love a Ti build but also want to try to get a CX specific bike rather than another gravel bike!
Without having looked at the specific geometries in question, you can often quickly determine if it is a “true” CX bike vs. more gravel focused by comparing key dimensions such as BB drop (CX tends to be higher BB with drop <70mm), shorter reach and a shorter wheel base. Tire clearance could also come into play, but honestly, most CX bikes in the last decade or so have had clearance for at least 40mm.
Depends on your CX goals. I just gave up on my new “gravel” Crux and got the Cervelo R5-CX and it is muuuuch better. The Crux was fine but if you want to achieve then go CX specific.
Well id like to have something with a higher ceiling than my Lauf Seigla but ill be the first to admit that my bike isn’t the limiting factor in my current performance! That being said, in the spirit of this thread are there any good Black Friday deals on dedicated CX bikes?!
