I buy from Excel Sports regularly, and have bought from them for at least 10 years (I have a receipt from 2011). In fact, I just bought a saddle from them last week. I’ve never had an issue, so based on my long experience, I would put Excel Sports in the 
category for internet retailers

Why selling if you don’t mind me asking?
I dont use it anymore since getting a Neo bike a bit ago. I did figure out how to use it with my Neo bike which works well but I prefer the Neo bike without it as it is so smooth.
Anyone in GA in the market for one

I am going to second these comments. I have purchased my bikes and everything cycling related from Excel Sports for over 20 years now. Some of the original folks still work there. Never had an issue of any kind. Also, they have excellent mechanics (which is good for me as I gave up working on my bike years ago!).

Thanks for the review. I’m riding a KICKR Core at home and am considering an upgrade to a Neo Bike or Neo 2T (if I can track down a reasonably priced trainer bike.)

no worries and good luck. I still have the N2T but sitting in a box and will for a while as long as my Neo bike is functioning.
These are awesome deals! I’m a Castelli guy and appreciate this very much. There are also many more brands to find good stuff at low prices. Usually the sale items are for size XS or XXL, etc. but I’m finding good deals on a wide range of clothing that actually fit. Thanks for the tip.

I’m guessing you live in Australia? The US Postal Service has suspended all but the most expensive service to Australia for COVID-related reasons so DHL and UPS are the only legit options left, and you can’t really send anything via those services for less than 40 something US dollars. I bet that $54 shipping charge would be less than half if they could use USPS.
Is this only for road brakes? I just got my first sram based bike, Epic Evo so I am asking.
I am using it on road brakes, though I’m 99% sure that it is designed to cover all SRAM as a master kit.

@Pottery thank you both. One last question if if dont mind checking for me. Just making sure as I am used to shimano and I believe with the mtb I will have to do this way more. First ever mtb and sram.
