4iiii crank arm power meter starts at $300, not sure if they’re on sale recently

Worldwidecyclery has 10% off giftcards this month. I’ve bought a lot of parts from them in the past, as they often have discount coupons (buy something and then ghost them for a while, and they’ll send you coupons to lure you back).

Anyways, 10% off gift cards, free shipping on all orders, and you can probably snag a 5-25% off coupon when you use the gift card.

I’m interested in hearing how these compare to Garmin units. I’m looking at upgrading my 530 and could get $130 off with this trade.

I just ordered the Lifeline table from Wiggle a few days ago for 79 EUR. It’s still in stock, $94.99, add another $15 to get free shipping.

As far as the new Hammerhead Karoos, a number of cycling podcasts I listen to have codes to get a free heart rate monitor with purchase. Not sure if you could stack that with the trade in.

Thanks. That’s more respectable, but I still love my set up. I use a Samsung tablet with a mic stand low in front of me angled up. I also have a stool next to me for holding the remote and my phone. Fan is on treadmill (in front of me) and tv is behind the treadmill. I also use apple earpods and picked up an awesome Bluetooth adapter that I plug into my speakers for tv. It’s a great setup for me and keeps things clean and simple!

Since pic was taken I’ve lowered the mic stand and swapped out the saddle .20210118_143606|666x500

Got mine over a year ago and works well for the price.

@Rumpled Bingo! Did just that.

Thank you!

NeoPro Cycling is currently having a 33% off Black Friday sale. That’s under $30 per jersey, and I’ve always found them to be good quality too.

Emails that caught my eye this morning… Verizon (lol, wrong forum), FasCat announcing Tuesday, Voler announcing on Sunday, and Competitive Cyclist 20% off single item ended yesterday or today I can’t tell. Pactimo had a sale weeks ago and it’s cleaned out most of the inventory.

It sounds like you are liking the Le Col stuff. It looks good but have never tried it. Would you say it is on the same level of Rapha, Castelli, or Assos?

love their jerseys, just pulled the trigger on some bibs, as one of my other pairs’ seam (DHB) is dying

I’ve only worn the Core stuff from Rapha, and I would rate the Le Col stuff slightly above that. Been years since I have work anything from Assos, so I can’t compare that. On par w/ Castelli, I’d say.

Le Col’s Black Friday sale started today if anyone wants to look….some decent prices on some of the kit.

Do you know if you can combine a Strava Le col coupon with Black Friday?

Also, anyone able to shine some light on sizing experience with Le Col? It’s always the elephant in the room for me with buying kit online (although apart from Pearl Izumi stuff from their outlet store in Park City, I have bought all kit online for the last 20 years … with varying levels of fit success)

Voler - 20% off all items (except custom): https://store.voler.com/

I thought you were able to combine last year, but I don’t know that for sure. I find Le Col to fit true to size, according to their chart, and compared to others. I’m small in Santini, Castelli, Voler, etc, and also small in Le Col.

I’ve combined Le Col Strava coupons with various sales. Typically get a pair of bibs 1/2 off.

I can compare to Assos. I’m a bit stuck b/w L and M, and sort of go L with race fit (Equipe), and M with normal fit (Mille). That usually works, but not always  I’m definite M in Rapha pro line, L in Castelli Free Aero, but can’t speak to PI.

This year I’ve found myself with several Le Col Bibs and a couple jerseys and a base layer. I really like the Pro line, the material is nice and the chamois is sort of like the new Assos MILLE GTS BIB SHORTS C2. Le Col says the Pro stuff is tight so if in doubt size up, and I went L in the bibs. But I could have gone M. I did go M in the jerseys and they’re pretty fitted, perhaps more like Assos Equipe?

I got three pairs of the Pro bibs to rotate on the trainer. I also got one of the Hors Categorie bibs, which are supposed to be the fanciest I suppose. But I really don’t prefer them. I don’t like the material as much as Pro and the chamois is in a weird position, like the padding is too far back.

Overall, I think the Le Col Pro stuff is really nice, comparable to Assos/Rapha/etc, and a good deal when you combine sales with Strava coupons.

EDIT: Update on the HC bibs. I switched from a Pro Stealth saddle to a Fizik Antares Adaptive, and I actually prefer the HC to Pro with the Fizik. YMMV.
