Daily Hydration

You lucky dog :dog2:
It’s always too hot  for me.

Seriously, I carry a Yeti 1 Gal jug to work every day. I always drain it once, sometimes twice during the work day. Add in a couple bidons on the bike and water at dinner, suddenly I’ve had 7L!

I have started taking electrolyte capsules from Hammer Nutrition when the humidity rises. It hasn’t changed the number of time I void, nor has that affected the quantity of urine, but it seems to keep my heart rate from drifting up during hard days.

My methods are probably not right for everyone, but it works for me.

I’m not injured. I just got tired of freezing my a$$ off at work everyday. We can’t have space heaters…but we CAN have heating pads

I LOVE IT!!! I don’t have any outlets available or I would be doing this!

Just to throw this in here: Don’t forget that we also consume quite large amounts of water and electrolytes through food.

That STINKS!!!

Not really a strategy but I found that when I purchased a sodastream machine I drank at least twice as much water as before ( I don’t add anything) and feel better hydrated.
