Since midday yesterday my access to Cycling Records on both the desktop and IOS apps has disappeared. My training history via the calendar is still populated as well as the power data behind each workout. The power curve analysis provided by the Cycling Records tab is the only thing broken that I can tell. Everyone else good?
I’m looking into this now! ![]()
This should be fixed for anyone affected before long today. ![]()
@StephBee I’ve manually fixed your account, so you should be all set.
If anyone else is running into this, reach out to me and I’ll prioritize a fix on your account ASAP.
Thanks, everyone! ![]()
Thank you! Its all back now. I appreciate the fix!
no problem! my pleasure! ![]()
@eddie This is happening to me as well. Seems to have started yesterday. Just getting a spinning wheel when looking at the activity level power records. And then there is no data available when looking at Power Records under the Career section - both ios and desktop.
What version of the app are you running on iOS and desktop?
How do you get to these in the app? I only know how on desktop.
Hi, I have a similar problem, I have the charts, but no more SeasonMatch button to click, and no more Total PR count… In Safari browser… Thanks.
Everything is working as intended for me on the web, on iOS, and on the Windows app.
@Pbase, you can only access PRs when viewing a completed workout in the app, I believe.
@dgarddecoy, what browser are you using?
@brnfox, is this still happening for you on Safari?
It’s weird: it was ok yesterday, but now, I have the problem again…
I still can’t repro. I just tried on Safari as well. ![]()
Could you try clearing your cache?
I had the problem on the web last night where the ride said I had a trophy, but when I went to the power part it didn’t show the little trophy with the number of records. I always wished it would actually list the records I broke instead of having to scroll the power curve
Hey @eddie - I see my curve on the power records page but it looks like something is wrong with the workout details. I have a trophy listed under tonight’s workout but when I click into details it no longer tells me how many and if it’s a season or an all time. But then when I compare the curve to all time it appears to only be comparing to TR workouts (in the all time records curve) and not using any outside rides.
I’m only seeing a 1-second all-time PR from that ride.
When I open it, you’re right, it only seems to show indoor PRs. ![]()
If I open your most recent outside ride from the 17th, though, it seems to show all PRs..
I’ll share this with the team.
I am also only seeing indoor PRs inside my most recent workout details, found this topic just to share my experience as well and see if others were having the same issue.
Hey all, we have some improvements in progress on the PR chart and have found the cause of the bug you have observed. The team is working on a fix.
@eddie I did get it back the next day. Thank you for follow up. I believe it was ios app version 2026.4.7 and I think desktop version Ver. 35750?
So just to confirm, things are working for you now?
