Tifosi Clarion Red Fototec are excellent. They have a range from about 15-70% light emission (by memory sorry) which is the best I’ve used by some margin as far as being both dark enough for bright sun and light enough for singletrack through the forest/under cover.
I bought a pair of Sledge Lite, though there’s a few pairs available with that lense, and in hindsight I think I’d have gone for the Rail. The Sledge Lite is big, and I haven’t had an issue with fogging but there’s definitely less airflow than a smaller sunglass.
