Cycling and Weight Issues - Advice Needed

I think that’s an excellent idea. Gaining a positive relationship with food will benefit your life way beyond cycling, and I think that’s best done with a professional.

The only other thing I’d consider is spending some time getting away from structured training (maybe only a month or 2) and just enjoying riding the bike.

I was also listening to an older podcast - check out Episode 292, around 1:17:00. Amber starts talking about being a better climber by focussing on power. Well worth a listen!
