Currently every week is Monday and Friday and there is no training schedule
I would like to ask if any seniors have any suggestions on what training sessions can be added to the schedule for these two days.

I took a look at your account, and it looks like this might be your first time following a structured training plan – is that correct?
If so, I’d recommend keeping Mondays and Fridays as rest days for now.
Structured training with intervals is physically and mentally demanding, and it’s often beneficial (or even necessary) to take one or two days off to rest and recover each week.
I’d advise that you follow the plan for a while to get used to it. Take it easy on those Mondays and Fridays that you have off so you can build your energy back up for the rest of your workouts during the week.

Thank you for your reply to answer my confusion. In addition, my training plan is 3 months. There is no other FTP test during this period. Should I retest FTP after completing these three months of training?
Sounds like you likely have AI FTP Detection enabled – in which case, you shouldn’t need to do a Ramp Test again unless you’d prefer to!
Otherwise, you can make use of the AI FTP Detection tool and skip your future assessments if you’d like.
I have enabled AI FTP, but the class schedule should not have anything similar to the FTP test. Is it possible for AI FTP to improve to a level higher than the original FTP?
Yes! AI FTP Detection can improve to a higher level than your starting FTP value.
It will analyze all of the riding you do and you can use the tool to detect your FTP every 28 days. If you follow your plan and knock out all of your workouts, your FTP will probably increase!
