No problem at all @admigo, you’re not the first person to be surprised by quite how much sodium we all lose in our sweat (and just how much variation there is between individuals!). It’s important to remember that we’re talking about Sweat Sodium Concentration and that’s only one part of the puzzle, you need to factor in individual Sweat Rate and exercise duration to really get a full picture of net loss.
